RoboMaster first started selling In 2019. It’s claimed to be an innovative and educational plaything. Most of the parents at that time did not believe such a toy can be instructive to children. Instead, online course platforms, exercise books, and so on, were more credible and prevalent. Using toys as a subsidiary for teaching was more likely to be laughed at. However, some parents still took a step forward to trust it, and Mr. A was one of them.

In the same year of RoboMaster’s sales, Mr. A was worrying about the future of his 10 years old son. Gaming was all his son’s favorite and study was never the priority. Although e-sport had been developing and demonstrating its value and potentials, many limitations stopped Mr. A from supporting his son to be on this track. At that moment, he saw RoboMaster.

He looked in more detail about RoboMaster and found that it was quite intellectually challenging, at the same time, was entertaining. It seemed to train children’s logical thinking, handcraft ability, and triggering the desire for self-learning. Thus, he immediately bought one. Finally, it was the date when it was his son’s birthday and he passed his son the present.

“Dad, wow~, I really like this, love you,” then, his son started opening the gift without hesitation and played with it for an entire day with Mr. A’s permission. On the third day, his son finally finished the assembling and was able to start playing. By controlling the tank-like robot on the ground and shooting plastic bullets all around on the smartphone, he can feel the excitement from the face of his son. “Maybe it’s time for the next step,” he thought.

On weekend, Mr. A brought his son to visit his friend, Mr. B, who also bought a RoboMaster for his son. They hosted a simple competition for their sons and there was no winner while both players were too naive. The pant for victory urged them to be a better player, just like level-up in games, they need to strengthen their robots. That night, Mr. A told his son the capability of programming the robot’s system, and it was the first time ever his son wanted to learn a programming language.

Unlike literature, math, etc., his son can devote himself to programming learning because of the feeling of success. Everything learned can be reflected through the behavior of the robot, such as aiming accuracy, movement agility, and so on.

20 years later, Mr. A was never ever so proud of his son, who transformed from game addicted to programming elite, especially in the field of robotics. During these 20 years, RoboMaster also got more and more attention from society because Mr. A’s son was not the only case.

In 2040, computer science got more and more popular and RoboMaster was already the boss in the programming education market. On account of its prevalence, more and more people become proficient in programming. Parents were less concerned about the future of their children. They would at least have enough skills to feed themselves.

In 2060, there seemed to be more and more people attempting to apply to be military engineers or weapon designers. They all excelled in programming, especially in the fields related to the aiming system, movement system, firepower, and so on, because these were all their childhood. They loved the fulfillment when they accomplished any improvement and the moment shut down the competitors.

Along with the time, many countries had their military power boosted because talented engineers emerged in larger and larger numbers. The confidence born of power and eagerness of resources were provoking the nous of everyone all the time. Finally, in 2070, the war started. No one won while everyone was suffering the consequences.

However, time never goes back, hence, all countries had no way back. To keep fostering and developing stronger power is the only way to prevent pillage and invasion. As all countries can see the effect of RoboMaster, they realized that this might be the key. Thus, throughout several versions of modification, it completely became a tool for not only inspiring self-learning of programming but also unconsciously influencing the norm and interest of children.
